Our take
I like the portability of this gold REV1 — it's USB powered, so no extra power brick needed. It works out of the box with Serato, which is convenient. The built-in effects are a nice bonus. However, the gold color might not be everyone's taste, and it's still a basic controller with limited I/O. The single mic input and lack of phono inputs are limiting. For $200, it's a fun limited edition, but functionally identical to the standard black version. If you want a statement piece, go for it; otherwise, save a few bucks.
